     Roderick Mackenzie, 1st of Redcastle was the son of Kenneth ‘na cuire’ Mackenzie, 10th of Kintail and Lady Elizabeth Stewart.1 He married Florence Munro, daughter of Robert Munro of Foulis and Margaret Ogilvy.2,3 He died after 1608.3
     He was ancestor of the Mackenzies of Redcastle.1 He was also known as Ruari Mackenzie of Ardfaillie.4

     Harriet Lamb married Kenneth Mackenzie, 1st and last Earl of Seaforth, son of Kenneth Mackenzie, Lord Fortrose and Lady Mary Stewart, in a clandestinely marriage.1 She died in 1779.2
     Described as a courtesan, and daughter of an apothecary.1 She was also known as Harriet Powell.1 Her married name became Mackenzie.1
