     Sir David Fleming of Biggar and Cumbernauld was born before 1388.² He was the son of Malcolm Fleming of Biggar.² He married Jean Barclay, daughter of David de Berkeley of Carny and Kindersleith and Margaret de Brechin. He died on 14 February 1406.²

     Janet de Seton is the daughter of Sir William de Seton and Janet Fleming.¹ She married George Dunbar, son of George Dunbar, 10th Earl of Dunbar and Beatrice (?), circa 3 March 1413/14.¹
     From circa 3 March 1413/14, her married name became Dunbar.

     George Dunbar was the son of George Dunbar, 10th Earl of Dunbar and Beatrice (?)¹ He married Janet de Seton, daughter of Sir William de Seton and Janet Fleming, circa 3 March 1413/14.¹

     Frances Sarah Jenkinson was the daughter of Rt. Rev. John Bankes Jenkinson and Frances Augusta Pechell.^1,2 She married Reverend Henry Brooke Boothby, son of Reverend Brooke Boothby and Hon. Louisa Henrietta Venables-Vernon, on 5 July 1849.¹ She died on 22 June 1877.¹
     From 5 July 1849, her married name became Boothby.¹

     Jane Maitland was born on 7 December 1703 at Berwick, Scotland^G.² She was the daughter of James Maitland, Viscount Maitland and Lady Jean Sutherland.¹ She was baptised on 13 December 1703 at Lauder, Berwickshire, Scotland^G.² A contract for the marriage of Jane Maitland and Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran, 2nd Bt. was signed on 8 September 1726.¹ She died on 29 March 1766 at age 62.³ She was buried at Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.²
     Her married name became Fergusson.

     Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran, 2nd Bt. was born in 1688 at Dailly, Ayrshire, Scotland^G. He was the son of Sir John Fergusson of Kilkerran, 1st Bt. and Jean Whitefoord.² A contract for the marriage of Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran, 2nd Bt. and Jane Maitland was signed on 8 September 1726.¹ He died on 20 January 1759 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.
     He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.² He was educated at Leyden University, Leyden, The Netherlands^G.² He was a practising advocate in 1711.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Fergusson, of Kilkerran [N.S., 1703] on 14 February 1729.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sutherland from 1734 to 1735.² He held the office of Lord of Session in 1735.² He was styled as Lord Kilkerran [Scottish Law Lord] in 1735.² He held the office of Lord of Justiciary in 1749.² He wrote the book a compilation of Court of Session decisions, 1738-53, published 1775, published ‘by his son’ (probably George.)²

     Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy was born before 6 May 1692.² She was the daughter of James Ogilvy, 4th Earl of Findlater and Anne Dunbar.^1,3 She married Charles Maitland, 6th Earl of Lauderdale, son of John Maitland, 5th Earl of Lauderdale and Lady Margaret Cuninghame, on 15 July 1710.¹ She died on 24 September 1778 at Bath, Somerset, England^G.²
     From 15 July 1710, her married name became Maitland. After her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy was styled as Countess of Lauderdale on 30 August 1710.

     James Maitland, 7th Earl of Lauderdale was born on 23 January 1718.¹ He was the son of Charles Maitland, 6th Earl of Lauderdale and Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy.¹ He married Mary Turner Lombe, daughter of Sir Thomas Lombe and Elizabeth Turner, on 24 April 1749.¹ He died on 17 August 1789 at age 71.¹
     He succeeded as the 8th Lord Maitland of Thirlestane [S., 1590] on 15 July 1744.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Maitland [N.S., 1680] on 15 July 1744.³ He succeeded as the 7th Viscount of Lauderdale, [S., 1616] on 15 July 1744.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Lauderdale [S., 1624] on 15 July 1744.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Maitland [S., 1624] on 15 July 1744.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Lord Thirlestane and Boltoun [S., 1624] on 15 July 1744.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1745 and 1765.¹ He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1747 and 1761.¹

     Hon. Rupert Henry John Coke was born in 1975.¹ He is the son of Edward Douglas Coke, 7th Earl of Leicester of Holkham and Valeria Phyllis Potter.¹

     John Gage was born on 23 December 1767.¹ He was the son of General Hon. Thomas Gage and Margaret Kemble.¹ He married Mary Milbanke, daughter of John Milbanke and Lady Mary Watson-Wentworth, on 20 May 1793.¹ He died on 24 December 1846 at age 79.¹
     He lived at Rogate, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹
