     William Nicholas Somers Laurence Hyde Villiers was born on 17 July 1916.² He was the son of George Herbert Hyde Villiers, 6th Earl of Clarendon and Hon. Adeline Verena Ishbel Cocks.² He married Mary Cecilia Georgina Weld-Forester, daughter of Major Hon. Edric Alfred Cecil Weld Forester and Lady Victoria Alexandrina Wynn-Carington, on 4 May 1939.² He died on 24 February 2000 at age 83.²
     William Nicholas Somers Laurence Hyde Villiers usually went by his middle name of Nicholas.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He fought in the Second World War.² He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards (Special Reserve.)² He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire in 1957.²

Edric Alfred Cecil Weld Forester and Lady Victoria Alexandrina Wynn-Carington.² She married William Nicholas Somers Laurence Hyde Villiers, son of George Herbert Hyde Villiers, 6th Earl of Clarendon and Hon. Adeline Verena Ishbel Cocks, on 4 May 1939.² She died on 25 October 2002 at age 85.²
     Mary Cecilia Georgina Weld-Forester also went by the nick-name of Maimie.² Her married name became Villiers.

     Piers Edric Weld-Forester was born on 23 April 1946.¹ He was the son of Charles Robert Cecil Weld-Forester and Lady Moyra Rosamond Butler.¹ He married Georgina Youens, daughter of Venerable John R. Youens, on 6 June 1973.¹ He died on 30 October 1977 at age 31 at Brands Hatch, England^G, killed while testing a motorcycle.^2,1
