     James Macartney lived at Longford, County Longford, Ireland^G.¹ He was nephew and co-heir of Ambrose Aungier, Earl of Longford.¹

     Hon. John Annesley was born on 11 September 1616.¹ He was the son of Francis Annesley, 1st Viscount of Valentia and Dorothy Philipps.¹ He married Charity Warren, daughter of Henry Warren.² He died in 1695.¹
     He lived at Ballysonan Castle, County Kildare, Ireland^G.³

     Robert David Gardiner married Eunice Joyce Bailey, daughter of Alfred Bailey, in March 1961.¹

     Sir Henry Oglander, 7th Bt. was born on 24 June 1811. He was the son of Sir William Oglander, 6th Bt. and Lady Maria Anne Fitzroy. He married Louisa Leeds, daughter of Sir George William Leeds, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Rowley, on 27 November 1845.¹ He died in 1874.
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived Nunwell and Parnham.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Oglander, of Nunwell on 17 January 1852.

     Rt. Hon. Charles Frederick Gurney Masterman was born in 1874.² He was the son of Thomas William Masterman and Margaret Hanson Gurney.^1,2 He married Lucy Blanche Lyttelton, daughter of General Rt. Hon. Sir Neville Gerald Lyttelton and Katharine Sarah Stuart-Wortley, on 2 June 1908.¹ He died on 17 November 1927.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹

     Thomas William Masterman married Margaret Hanson Gurney.²
     He lived at Rotherfield Hall, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Pascoe du Pré Grenfell was born on 4 July 1828.¹ He was the son of Pascoe St. Leger Grenfell and Catherine Anne Dupré.^1,2 He married Sophia Grenfell, daughter of Vice-Admiral John Pascoe Grenfell, on 13 May 1858.¹ He died on 29 November 1896 at age 68.¹
     He lived at Wilton Park, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     William Lionel Hichens was the son of John Hichens.¹ He married Mary Hermione Lyttelton, daughter of General Rt. Hon. Sir Neville Gerald Lyttelton and Katharine Sarah Stuart-Wortley, on 1 March 1919.¹ He died on 14 October 1940, as a result of enemy action.¹

     George Clive was born in October 1803.³ He was the son of Edward Bolton Clive and Hon. Harriet Archer.⁴ He married Ann Sybella Martha Farquhar, daughter of Sir Thomas Harvie Farquhar, 2nd Bt. and Sybella Martha Rockcliffe, on 2 May 1835.³ He died on 8 June 1880 at age 76.³
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.³ He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1830 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.³ He held the office of Police Magistrate for London between 1839 and 1847.³ He held the office of Judge of Southwark between 1847 and 1857.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Herefordshire between 1857 and 1869.^2,3 He held the office of Recorder of Wokingham between 1857 and 1870.³ He lived at Ballycroy, County Mayo, Ireland^G.⁴ He held the office of Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department between 1859 and 1862.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Herefordshire between 1874 and 1880.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)³ He lived at Perrystone Court, Herefordshire, England^G.¹
