     Captain Clifton Charles Orby Gascoigne was born on 7 March 1870.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Clifton Gascoigne and Frances Charlotte Wombwell.² He married Sybil Mary Clive, daughter of General Edward Henry Clive and Isabel Webb, on 23 July 1896.¹ He died on 30 June 1940 at age 70.¹
     He lived at Henley Hall, Ipswich, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Seaforth Highlanders.¹

     Laura Cicely Clive was born on 4 February 1876.¹ She was the daughter of General Edward Henry Clive and Isabel Webb.¹ She married Brig.-Gen. Sir Ernest Frederick Orby Gascoigne, son of Lt.-Col. Clifton Gascoigne and Frances Charlotte Wombwell, on 12 November 1902.¹ She died on 1 March 1954 at age 78.¹
     From 12 November 1902, her married name became Gascoigne.¹

     Kathleen Isabel Clive was born on 25 February 1873.¹ She was the daughter of General Edward Henry Clive and Isabel Webb.¹ She died on 28 May 1961 at age 88, unmarried.¹

     Lt.-Col. Clifton Gascoigne was born on 3 November 1835.¹ He was the son of General Ernest Frederick Gascoigne and Caroline Leigh Smith.¹ He married Frances Charlotte Wombwell, daughter of Charles Orby Wombwell and Charlotte Catherine Hunter, on 20 September 1863.¹ He was also reported to have been married on 20 September 1864.² He died on 27 September 1903 at age 67.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.³

     Frances Charlotte Wombwell was the daughter of Charles Orby Wombwell and Charlotte Catherine Hunter.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Clifton Gascoigne, son of General Ernest Frederick Gascoigne and Caroline Leigh Smith, on 20 September 1863.¹ She was also reported to have been married on 20 September 1864.³ She died on 6 March 1920.³
     From 20 September 1863, her married name became Gascoigne.¹

     Charles Orby Wombwell was born on 3 April 1813.² He is the son of Sir George Wombwell, 2nd Bt. and Eliza Little.³ He married, firstly, Charlotte Catherine Hunter, daughter of Thomas Orby Hunter and Frances Heywood, on 21 May 1836.² He married, secondly, Frances Jane Baillie, daughter of David Baillie, on 7 September 1865.² He died on 14 September 1898 at age 85.³
     He gained the rank of Officer in the 10th Hussars.²

     Caroline Leigh Smith was born on 2 May 1813 at London, England.² She was the daughter of John Smith and Emma Leigh.^1,2 She married General Ernest Frederick Gascoigne, son of General Isaac Gascoyne and Mary Williamson, on 12 August 1834.¹ She died in 1883.¹
     From 12 August 1834, her married name became Gascoigne.¹

     Agatha Violet Boddam-Whetham was born in 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Rawson Boddam-Whetham and Jane Cape Taylor.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Alfred Burrows in 1909.¹ She died in 1965.¹
     Agatha Violet Boddam-Whetham usually went by her middle name of Violet.¹ From 1909, her married name became Burrows.¹

     Judith Evelyn Clive was born on 15 December 1880.¹ She was the daughter of General Edward Henry Clive and Isabel Webb.¹ She married Reverend Nixon Chetwode Ram, son of Reverend Stopford James Ram, on 12 January 1911.¹ She died on 31 December 1960 at age 80.¹
     From 12 January 1911, her married name became Ram.¹

     Reverend Stopford James Ram was born on 1 March 1826.¹ He died in 1881.¹
