Alexander Seton, 1st Viscount Kingston1 
He was appointed Knight in 1633.3 He fought in the English Civil War, as a Royalist.3 He was created 1st Viscount Kingston [Scotland] on 6 February 1651.1 He fought in the Battle of Pentland in 1666, as joint-commander in the victory over the Covenanters.3 He was joint-commander in the victory over the rebels at Bothwell Brigg in 1679.3 He had three sons by his first wife, who all died young, and two other sons by his second wife.3

Lady Elizabeth Seton1

Lady Elizabeth Seton was born circa 1622. She was the daughter of George Seton, 3rd Earl of Winton and Lady Anne Hay.3,4 She married William Keith, 6th Earl Marischal, son of William Keith, 5th Earl Marischal and Lady Mary Erskine, in 1637.4 She died on 16 June 1650.4
Her married name became Keith.

William Keith, 6th Earl Marischal1 
He succeeded as the 6th Lord Keith [S., 1451] on 28 October 1635.1 He succeeded as the 6th Earl Marischal [S., 1458] on 28 October 1635.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] in 1638.1 Before 1639 he was a Covenanter.1 He fought in the Battle of Preston in 1648.1 Between 1651 and 1660 he was imprisoned.1 He held the office of Lord Privy Seal [Scotland] from 1660/61 to March 1670/71.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Aberdeen in 1666.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in 1668 in the Militia.1
