     Lady Anne Manners was born circa 1655.² She was the daughter of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu.^1,2 She married Scrope Howe, 1st Viscount Howe, son of John Grubham Howe and Lady Annabella Scrope, in April 1672.¹
     Her married name became Howe.

     Patrick Chaworth, 3rd Viscount Chaworth of Armagh was baptised on 20 June 1635 at Southwell, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of John Chaworth, 2nd Viscount Chaworth of Armagh and Hon. Elizabeth Noel.¹ He married Lady Grace Manners, daughter of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu, before 1666. He died in June 1693, without legitimate male issue.² He was buried at Annesley, Nottinghamshire, England^G.² His will (dated 30 April 1693) was proven (by probate) on 24 April 1694 at York, Yorkshire, England^G.²
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Chaworth of Tryme, co. Meath [I., 1628] in June 1644.¹ He gained the title of 3rd Viscount Chaworth of Armagh, co. Armagh [I., 1628] in June 1644.¹
     On his death, his titles became extinct.²

     Peter Hill was the son of Sir Moyses Hill and Alice MacDonnel.^2,3 He married unknown daughter Mac Donnell, daughter of Sorley ‘Buie’ MacDonnel and Mary O’Neill.¹ He died in 1644.⁴
     He held the office of Provost Marshal of County Down.² He held the office of Sheriff of County Down in 1641.²

     Lady Anne Mac Donnell is the daughter of Randal Mac Sorley Mac Donnell, 1st Earl of Antrim and Alice O’Neill.¹ She married, firstly, Christopher Nugent, Lord Delvin, son of Richard Nugent, 1st Earl of Westmeath and Jane Plunkett.¹ She married, secondly, William Fleming, 14th Lord Slane, son of Christopher Fleming, 12th Lord Slane and Eleanor Barnewall, before 18 January 1626/27.¹
     Her married name became Nugent.¹ From before 18 January 1626/27, her married name became Fleming.¹

     James Cecil, 3rd Earl of Salisbury was born before 27 March 1646.¹ He was the son of Charles Cecil, Viscount Cranborne and Lady Diana Maxwell.¹ He married Lady Margaret Manners, daughter of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu, circa 1665.¹ He died in May 1683.¹

Royal Charles.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hertfordshire between April 1668 and December 1668.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Cranborne, co. Dorset [E., 1604] on 3 December 1668.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Cecil of Essendon, co. Rutland [E., 1603] on 3 December 1668.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Salisbury [E., 1605] on 3 December 1668.¹ From 16 February 1676/77 to 1 June 1677 imprisoned in the Tower of London for questioning King Charles II’s right to prorogue Parliament.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) on 3 January 1678/79.¹ In April 1683 he participated in the Rye House Plot.¹

     Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 2nd Earl of Shaftesbury was born on 16 January 1651/52.² He was the son of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 1st Earl of Shaftesbury and Lady Frances Cecil.² He married Lady Dorothy Manners, daughter of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu, on 22 September 1669.³ He died on 10 November 1699 at age 47.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Weymouth between 1670 and 1679.² He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.² He held the office of Vice-Admiral of Dorset in 1679.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Melcombe Regis from 1679/80 to 1683.² He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Shaftesbury [E., 1672] on 21 January 1682/83.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Cooper of Pawlett, co. Somerset [E., 1661] on 21 January 1682/83.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cooper, of Rockbourne, Hampshire [E., 1622] on 21 January 1682/83.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Ashley of Wimborne St. Giles, co. Dorset [E., 1661] on 21 January 1682/83.² He held the office of Vice-Admiral of Dorset from March 1684/85 to 1699.²

     James Annesley, 2nd Earl of Anglesey was born circa 1645.² He was the son of Arthur Annesley, 1st Earl of Anglesey and Elizabeth Altham.¹ He married Lady Elizabeth Manners, daughter of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu, on 17 September 1669.² He died on 1 April 1690.² He died intestate and his estate was administered to to his widow on 6 June 1690.¹
     He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 4 December 1661.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for County Waterford in 1666.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Winchester between 1679 and 1681.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount of Valentia, co. Kerry [I., 1622] on 6 April 1686.² He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Anglesey, in Wales [E., 1661] on 6 April 1686.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Mountnorris, of Mountnorris, co. Armagh [I., 1629] on 6 April 1686.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Annesley, of Newport Pagnel, Buckinghamshire [E., 1661] on 6 April 1686.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Annesley, of Mountnorris, co. Armagh [I., 1620] on 6 April 1686.²

     Scrope Howe, 1st Viscount Howe was born in November 1648.¹ He was the son of John Grubham Howe and Lady Annabella Scrope.^2,1 He married, firstly, Lady Anne Manners, daughter of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu, in April 1672.¹ He married, secondly, Hon. Juliana Alington, daughter of William Alington, 3rd Baron Alington of Killard and Hon. Juliana Noel, in 1698.¹ He died on 26 January 1712 at age 63.¹
     He was appointed Knight in 1662/63.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottinghamshire between 1673 and 1681.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottinghamshire between 1689 and 1691.¹ He held the office of Groom of the Bedchamber to King William III.¹ He was created 1st Viscount Howe [Ireland] on 16 May 1701.¹ He was created 1st Baron of Glenawly, co.      John Manners-Sutton was born on 29 July 1752.¹ He was the son of Lord George Manners-Sutton and Diana Chaplin.¹ He married Anne Manners, daughter of John Manners, Marquess of Granby.¹ He died on 17 February 1826 at age 73.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Guards.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹
