Heinrich I Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel also went by the nick-name of Heinrich ‘the Elder’.1 He was a member of the House of Guelph.1 He succeeded as the Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel in 1495.1 He fought in the siege of Leer-Orz in June 1514.
