From 17 February 1718, her married name became Grey. From 16 May 1736, her married name became Leveson-Gower. After her marriage, Lady Mary Tufton was styled as Baroness Gower of Stittenham on 16 May 1736. After her marriage, Lady Mary Tufton was styled as Countess Gower on 8 July 1746.

Edward Boscawen and Frances Glanville, on 5 July 1773.3 He died on 28 August 1792 at age 52 at Bill Hill, Wokingham, Berkshire, EnglandG, from a stroke.1
