Thomas North Graves, 2nd Lord Graves, Baron of Gravesend was born on 28 May 1775.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Thomas Graves, 1st Lord Graves, Baron of Gravesend and Elizabeth Williams.1 He married Lady Mary Paget, daughter of Henry Paget, 1st Earl of Uxbridge and Jane Champagné, on 27 June 1803.2 He died on 7 February 1830 at age 54.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple.1 He was educated at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Graves, Baron of Gravesend, co. Londonerry [I., 1794] on 9 February 1802.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
