     Sir Henry William Dashwood, 5th Bt. was born on 17 October 1816.¹ He was the son of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley.¹ He married Sophia Drinkwater, daughter of John Drinkwater, on 18 September 1845.¹ He died on 25 January 1889 at age 72.¹
     He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Dashwood, of Northbrook, Oxfordshire [E., 1684] on 22 September 1861.¹

     Sophia Drinkwater was born circa 1821 at Warwick, Warwickshire, England.² She was the daughter of John Drinkwater.¹ She married Sir Henry William Dashwood, 5th Bt., son of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley, on 18 September 1845.¹ She died on 15 October 1894.¹
     Her married name became Dashwood.

     John Drinkwater lived at Sherborne House, Warwick, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Marian Still was the daughter of Peter Still.² She married Colonel Alexander Wilton Dashwood, son of Thomas Dashwood and Charlotte Louisa Auriol, on 15 May 1827.¹ She died on 26 July 1887.¹
     Her married name became Dashwood.

     Peter Still lived at Harley Street, London, England^G.

     Thomas John Dashwood was born on 27 November 1792.¹ He was the son of Thomas Dashwood and Charlotte Louisa Auriol.² He married Susan Wodehouse, daughter of Thomas Wodehouse, on 13 June 1822.¹ He died on 17 June 1836 at age 43.¹
     He was a senior merchant of the Bengal establishment.¹ He held the office of Judge of Tirhost.¹ He also had four daughters, who died unmarried.¹

     Alexander Charles Richard Ford was born on 28 April 1984.^1,2 He is the son of Lt. Nicholas John Ford and Laura Lefroy Chenevix-Trench.¹

     James Alexander was born in 1769.¹ He was the son of Robert Alexander and Anne McCullogh.¹ He married, firstly, Eliza Dundas, daughter of Captain Ralph Dundas.¹ He married, secondly, Charlotte Sophia Dashwood, daughter of Thomas Dashwood and Charlotte Louisa Auriol, on 8 March 1813.¹ He died on 12 September 1848.¹
     He lived at Somerhill, Kent, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Old Sarum.¹

     Arthur Henry Dillon, 18th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin was born on 5 January 1875.² He was the son of Hon. Conrad Adderly Dillon and Ellen Lousia Dashwood.² He married Hilda Brunner, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir John Tomlinson Brunner, 1st Bt. and Salome Davies, on 5 January 1907.² He died on 25 May 1934 at age 59, without issue.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Oxfordshire.² He gained the rank of Major in the Queen’s Own Oxford Hussars.² He succeeded as the 18th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin, co. Mayo [I., 1622] on 18 December 1932.²
