     Charlotte Letitia Caroline Arbuthnot was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles George James Arbuthnot and Hon. Charlotte Eliza Vivian.¹ She married Sir Herbert Harley Murray, son of Rt. Rev. George Murray and Lady Sarah Maria Hay-Drummond, on 12 July 1859.¹ She died in 1884.¹
     Her married name became Murray.

     Lt.-Gen. Charles George James Arbuthnot was born on board the frigate, H.M.S. Juno in 1801.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. Charles Arbuthnot and Marcia Mary Anne Clapcote-Lisle.³ He was baptised at Lisbon, Portugal^G.² He married Hon. Charlotte Eliza Vivian, daughter of Richard Hussey Vivian, 1st Baron Vivian of Glynn and of Truro and Eliza Champion de Crespigny, on 14 August 1833.² He died on 21 October 1870.⁴
     He held the office of Page of Honour to King George III in 1812.² He gained the rank of Ensign in 1816 in the Grenadier Guards.² He gained the rank of Captain in 1820 in the 28th Regiment.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1825 in the 72nd Regiment.² He was commander of the 90th Light Infantry between 1831 and 1838.² He gained the rank of General in the 72nd Duke of Albany’s Own Highlanders.²

     Charles Murray was the son of Rt. Rev. Lord George Murray and Anne Charlotte Grant.¹ He married Anne Amelia Dashwood, daughter of Thomas Dashwood and Charlotte Louisa Auriol, in 1806.¹ He died in January 1808.²
     He was in the Honourable East India Company Civil Service, Bengal.¹

     Anne Amelia Dashwood was born in 1789.² She was the daughter of Thomas Dashwood and Charlotte Louisa Auriol.^1,3 She married, firstly, Charles Murray, son of Rt. Rev. Lord George Murray and Anne Charlotte Grant, in 1806.¹ She married, secondly, George Warde, son of George Warde and Charlotte Madan, on 23 April 1811.^1,4 She died in 1851.²
     Her married name became Murray. From 23 April 1811, her married name became Warde.¹

     Thomas Dashwood was born on 25 December 1749.² He was the son of Sir James Dashwood, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Spencer.³ He married Charlotte Louisa Auriol, daughter of J. Auriol, on 23 February 1782.² He died on 20 December 1825 at age 75.²
     He was in the Honourable East India Company Service.²

     Frances Maria Adelaide Colles was born on 24 December 1849.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Jonathan Cope Colles and Elizabeth Mary Mayne.^1,2 She was baptised on 14 February 1850.¹ She married Edward Gibson, 1st Baron Ashbourne, son of William Gibson and Louisa Grant, on 4 April 1868 at St. Stephen’s, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ She died on 21 March 1926 at age 76 at Lincoln House, Basil Street, London, England^G.²
     From 4 April 1868, her married name became Gibson.¹ After her marriage, Frances Maria Adelaide Colles was styled as Baroness Ashbourne in June 1885.

     Reverend Edward Murray was born on 5 November 1798 at Hunton, Kent, England.^1,2 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Lord George Murray and Anne Charlotte Grant.¹ He married Ruperta Catherine Wright, daughter of Sir George Wright, 2nd Bt. and Rebecca MacLane, on 14 February 1822 at Westminster, London, England.^1,2 He died on 1 July 1852 at age 53.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1820 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was (an unknown value) between 1821 and 1830 at Stinsford, Dorset, England.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1829 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was Vicar in 1829 at Dartford, Kent, England.² He was Rector between 1831 and 1836 at Winterbourne Monkton, Dorset, England.² He was the Vicar between 1837 and 1852 at Northolt, London, England^G.¹ He held the office of Prebendary of St. Paul’s between 1848 and 1852.¹

     Ruperta Catherine Wright was the daughter of Sir George Wright, 2nd Bt. and Rebecca MacLane.¹ She married Reverend Edward Murray, son of Rt. Rev. Lord George Murray and Anne Charlotte Grant, on 14 February 1822 at Westminster, London, England.^1,2 She died on 5 September 1871.¹
     Her married name became Murray.

     Isabel Guthrie married David Gardyne, 4th of Lawton, 1st of Middleton in 1759.¹
     From 1759, her married name became Gardyne.¹

     Lord William Murray was born on 20 March 1762.¹ He was the son of John Murray, 3rd Duke of Atholl and Lady Charlotte Murray, Baroness Strange.¹ He married Mary Anne Hodges, daughter of James Hodges, on 14 June 1789.¹ He died on 29 December 1796 at age 34.¹
