Rt. Hon and Rt. Rev. Nathaniel Alexander was born on 12 August 1760.1 He was the son of Robert Alexander and Anne McCullogh.1 He married Anne Jackson, daughter of Rt. Hon. Richard Jackson and Anne O’Neill, on 18 May 1785.1 He died on 21 October 1840 at age 80.1
He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1 He lived at Portglenone, County Antrim, IrelandG, which he built and took up residence there in 1800.1 He held the office of Bishop of Meath.1 He was appointed Privy Councillor (P.C.)1
