Lt.-Col. William Henry Meyrick was the son of Captain Thomas Meyrick and Elizabeth Keppel. He married Lady Laura Vane, daughter of William Henry Vane, 1st Duke of Cleveland and Lady Catherine Margaret Powlett, on 24 February 1823.1 He died on 20 February 1865.2
