Lady Louisa Nugent1 
Lady Louisa Nugent was born in 1758.2 She was the daughter of Robert Nugent, 1st Earl Nugent and Elizabeth Drax.1 She married Admiral Sir Eliab Harvey, son of William Harvey and Emma Skynner, in 1784.1 She died after 1841.
From 1784, her married name became Harvey.1

Henry Dundas, 1st Viscount Melville of Melville was born on 28 April 1742.3 He was the son of Robert Dundas, Lord Arniston and Anne Gordon.4,5 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Rannie, daughter of David Rannie, on 16 August 1765.3 He and Elizabeth Rannie were divorced in 1778.6 He married, secondly, Lady Jane Hope, daughter of John Hope, 2nd Earl of Hopetoun and Jane Oliphant, on 2 April 1793 at St. Marylebone, London, EnglandG.4,7 He died on 29 May 1811 at age 69.4
He was a practising advocate in 1763.3 He held the office of Solicitor-General [Scotland] between 1766 and 1775.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Midlothian between 1774 and 1780.3 He held the office of Lord President, Court of Session between 1775 and 1783.3 He held the office of Lord Advocate [Scotland] between 1775 and 1783.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Newtown, Isle of Wight in 1782.3 He held the office of Trasurer of the Navy between 1782 and April 1783.3 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) between 1782 and 1805.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Edinburgh between 1790 and 1802.3 He held the office of Home Secretary between 1791 and 1794.3 He held the office of President of the Board of Control, India between 1793 and 1801.3 He held the office of Secretary of War between 1794 and 1801.3 He held the office of Privy Seal [Scotland] between 1800 and 1811.3 He was created 1st Baron Dunira, co. Perth [U.K.] on 24 December 1802.3 He was created 1st Viscount Melville of Melville, co. Edinburgh [U.K.] on 24 December 1802.3 He held the office of First Lord of the Admiralty between 1804 and 1805.3 He resigned after a House of Commons motion that he had breached the law and his duty when Treasurer of the Navy, but the House of Lords found him not guilty the following year.3 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1807.3 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.8
