     William Harvey was born on 9 June 1714.2 He married Emma Skynner, daughter of Stephen Skynner and Mary Remington, in 1750.3 He died on 11 June 1763 at age 49.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Essex between 1747 and 1761.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Western Ballation, Esex Militia.2 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He lived at Chigwell, Essex, EnglandG.1
