(Whig) for Wallingford between 1831 and 1832.2 On 30 March 1839 his name was legally changed to Thomas Charles Hanbury-Tracy by Royal Licence.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Montgomeryshire between 1858 and 1863.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Sudeley of Toddington, co. Gloucester [U.K., 1838] on 10 February 1858.2
