     Caroline Letty Charteris was born on 5 November 1946. She was the daughter of Francis David Charteris, 12th Earl of Wemyss and Mavis Lynette Gordon Murray.¹ She died on 22 November 1946.

     Lt.-Col. Martin Michael Charles Charteris, Baron Charteris of Amisfield was born on 7 September 1913.¹ He was the son of Hugo Francis Charteris, Lord Elcho and Lady Violet Catherine Manners.^2,3 He married Hon. Mary Gay Hobart Margesson, daughter of Henry David Reginald Margesson, 1st Viscount Margesson and Frances Howard Leggett, on 16 December 1944.¹ He died on 23 December 1999 at age 86.¹

     Edith Firenze Georgina Hope Johnstone is the daughter of Captain George James Hope Johnstone and Maria Ranking.¹ She married Lt. Carl Wilhelm Peter Eisen on 20 September 1855.¹
     From 20 September 1855, her married name became Eisen.¹

     Hon. Edwin Charles William Ponsonby was born on 13 October 1851.² He was the son of Charles Frederick Ashley Cooper Ponsonby, 2nd Baron de Mauley of Canford and Lady Maria Jane Elizabeth Ponsonby.² He married, firstly, Emily Dora Coope, daughter of Octavius Edward Coope, on 10 December 1878.² He married, secondly, Hilda Marion Abel Smith, daughter of Robert Smith and Isabel Adeane, on 17 February 1906.² He died on 15 October 1939 at age 88.²
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Oxfordshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire.¹

     Lt. Carl Wilhelm Peter Eisen married Edith Firenze Georgina Hope Johnstone, daughter of Captain George James Hope Johnstone and Maria Ranking, on 20 September 1855.¹
     He gained the rank of Leutnant in the Grand Duke of Baden.¹

     Francesca Giovanna Maria Fummi was born on 27 January 1935.¹ She is the daughter of Giovanni Fummi and Lady Cynthia Anne Lindsay.¹ She married Christopher Robin St. Quintin Wall, son of Richard Bernard St. Quintin Wall and Joan May Cecilia Peel, on 28 June 1961.¹
     She graduated from St. Andrews University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland^G, in 1956 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ Her married name became Wall.

     Lady Mary Pamela Madeline Sibell Charteris was born on 24 October 1895.¹ She was the daughter of Hugo Richard Charteris, 11th Earl of Wemyss and Mary Constance Wyndham.² She married, firstly, Algernon Walter Strickland, son of Algernon Henry Peter Strickland and Mary Selina Drummond, on 4 December 1915.¹ She married, secondly, Major John George Lyon, son of John Stewart Lyon, 4th of Kirkmichael and Esme Agnes Mary Helen Dunlop, on 14 April 1943.¹ She died in 1991.²
     From 4 December 1915, her married name became Strickland. From 14 April 1943, her married name became Lyon.

     Annie Evelyn Pelly was the daughter of Sir Henry Carstairs Pelly, 3rd Bt. and Lady Lilian Harriet Charteris.² She married Thomas Henry Rivers Bulkeley, son of Colonel Charles Rivers Bulkeley, on 19 April 1913.¹ She died on 11 July 1923.¹
     She was appointed Lady of Grace, Order of St. John of Jerusalem (L.G.St.J.)¹ She was Lady-in-Waiting to HRH The Duchess of Connaught.¹ Her married name became Bulkeley.

     William Edward Parsons, 5th Earl of Rosse was born on 14 June 1873.¹ He was the son of Laurence Parsons, 4th Earl of Rosse and Hon. Frances Cassandra Hawke-Harvey.¹ He married Frances Lois Lister-Kaye, daughter of Sir Cecil Edmund Lister-Kaye, 4th Bt. and Lady Beatrice Adeline Pelham-Clinton, on 19 October 1905.² He died on 10 June 1918 at age 44, from wounds received in action.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1896 and 1897 in the 4th Battalion, West Yorkshire Regiment (Militia.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1898 and 1900 in the 1st Battalion, Coldstream Guards.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1906.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Parsons, of Birr Castle [I., 1677] on 29 August 1908.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Oxmantown, co. Wexford [I., 1792] on 29 August 1908.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Rosse [I., 1806] on 29 August 1908.¹ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of King’s County between 1909 and 1918.¹ He was appointed Representative Peer [Ireland] in 1911.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was severely wounded.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Irish Guards.¹

     Elizabeth Hope Johnstone was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir William Johnstone Hope and Lady Anne Hope Johnstone.¹ She died on 1 November 1864 at Zofingen, Switzerland^G, unmarried.¹
