Sir Robert George Maxwell Throckmorton, 11th Bt. was born on 15 February 1908.3 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Richard Courtenay Brabazon Throckmorton and Lilian Langford Brooke.3 He married, firstly, Jean Garland, daughter of Charles Tuller Garland, on 23 May 1942.1 He and Jean Garland were divorced in 1949.3 He married, secondly, Lady Isabel Violet Kathleen Manners, daughter of John Henry Montagu Manners, 9th Duke of Rutland and Kathleen Tennant, on 29 July 1953.3 He died on 13 December 1989 at age 81 at Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.4,2
He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.3 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Throckmorton, of Coughton, co.
