Henry Fane was born on 4 May 1739.1 He was the son of Thomas Fane, 8th Earl of Westmorland and Elizabeth Swymmer.1 He married Anne Batson, daughter of Edward Buckley Batson and Mary Michel, on 12 January 1778.1 He died on 4 June 1802 at age 63.1

William Hay, 4th Earl of Kinnoull1 
He fought in the English Civil War, as a Royalist.1 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Hay of Kinfauns [S., 1633] circa 20 November 1649.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Kinnoull [S., 1633] circa 20 November 1649.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount of Dupplin [S., 1633] circa 20 November 1649.1 He was imprisoned in Edinburgh Castle, but escaped 28 May 1654, and was recaptured in November.1 He inheritied Barbados from his cousin, 2md Earl of Carlisle, and sold it to the Crown in 1661 for a pension.1
