Henry Augustus Dillon-Lee, 13th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin1 
He gained the rank of Captain in 1798 in the Oxford Militia.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Harwich in 1799.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Mayo in 1802.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Mayo between 1806 and 1807.1 In 1807 he raised the 101st Regiment, Duke of York’s Irish Regiment of Light Infantry on his father’s Irish estates.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Surrey Yeomanry.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Mayo in 1812.1 He succeeded as the 13th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin, co. Mayo [I., 1622] on 9 November 1813.1 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.2
