     Mary Metcalfe is the daughter of W. H. Metcalfe.¹ She married, secondly, William Armitage Moore, son of Colonel Hugh Moore and Priscilla Cecilia Armitage. She married, firstly, Horace Day Lockwood.
     Her married name became Moore. Her married name became Lockwood.

     Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas was born on 8 June 1806.² She was the daughter of Thomas Philip de Grey, 2nd Earl de Grey of Wrest and Lady Henrietta Frances Cole.^1,3 She married George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper, son of Peter Leopold Louis Francis Nassau Cowper, 5th Earl Cowper and Hon. Emily Mary Lamb, on 7 October 1833.¹ She died on 25 July 1880 at age 74.⁴
     Her married name became Cowper. After her marriage, Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas was styled as Countess Cowper on 21 June 1837. She succeeded as the 7th Baroness Lucas of Crudwell, co. Wilts [E., 1663] on 14 November 1859.⁴

     Francis Thomas de Grey Cowper, 7th Earl Cowper was born on 11 June 1834.³ He was the son of George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper and Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas.¹ He married Lady Katrine Cecilia Compton, daughter of Admiral William Compton, 4th Marquess of Northampton and Eliza Elliot, on 25 October 1870.³ He died on 18 July 1905 at age 71, without issue.³
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Cowper, of Ratlin Court, co. Kent [E., 1642] on 15 April 1856.³ He succeeded as the 7th Baron Cowper, of Wingham, co. Kent [E., 1706] on 15 April 1856.³ He gained the title of 7th Earl Cowper [G.B., 1718] on 15 April 1856.³ He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Fordwich, co. Kent [G.B., 1718] on 15 April 1856.³ He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1861 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)³ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)³ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire.³ He was Captain, Gentlemen-at-Arms between 1871 and 1874.⁴ He held the office of Captain of the Gentlemen at Arms.³ He succeeded as the 4th Lord Dingwall, of co. Ross [S., 1609] on 15 August 1871.⁴ He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Butler of Moore Park, co. Hertford [E., 1666] on 15 August 1871.⁴ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.)³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Nottinghamshire.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent.³ He held the office of High Steward of Colchester.³ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1880 and 1882.³ He succeeded as the 8th Baron Lucas of Crudwell, co. Wilts [E., 1663] on 25 July 1880.⁴
     On his death, the Earldom and Barony of Cowper and Viscountancy of Fordwich became extinct.³ He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.⁵
     

     Lady Louisa Augusta Beatrice Montagu was born circa 1856. She was the daughter of William Drogo Montagu, 7th Duke of Manchester and Luise Friederike Auguste Gräfin von Alten.^1,2 She married Archibald Brabazon Sparrow Acheson, 4th Earl of Gosford, son of Archibald Acheson, 3rd Earl of Gosford and Lady Theodosia Brabazon, on 10 August 1876 at Market Hill, County Armagh, Ireland^G.³ She died on 3 March 1944.¹
     From 10 August 1876, her married name became Acheson. After her marriage, Lady Louisa Augusta Beatrice Montagu was styled as Countess of Gosford on 10 August 1876. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Alexandra.¹ She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)¹ She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.) in 1920.¹

     Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester was the daughter of Cecil Weld Forester, 1st Baron Forester of Willey Park and Lady Katherine Mary Manners.¹ She married Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford, son of George Augustus Frederick Henry Bridgeman, 2nd Earl of Bradford and Georgina Elizabeth Moncreiffe, on 30 April 1844 at Willey, Shropshire, England^G.¹ She died on 25 November 1894 at Weston Park, Staffordshire, England^G, after a long illness.¹ She was buried at Weston-under-Lizard, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ Her will was proven (by probate), at £12,850 gross.¹
     Her married name became Bridgeman. After her marriage, Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester was styled as Countess of Bradford on 22 March 1865.

     Lady Ida Frances Annabella Lumley was born on 28 November 1848 at Tickhill Castle, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Richard George Lumley, 9th Earl of Scarbrough and Frederica Mary Adeliza Drummond.¹ She was baptised on 10 February 1849 at Tickhill, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She married George Cecil Orlando Bridgeman, 4th Earl of Bradford, son of Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford and Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester, on 7 September 1869 at Maltby, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She died on 22 August 1936 at age 87.² She was buried on 25 August 1936 at St. Andrew’s, Weston-under-Lizard, Staffordshire, England^G.²
     Her married name became Bridgeman. She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)³ After her marriage, Lady Ida Frances Annabella Lumley was styled as Countess of Bradford on 9 March 1898.

     Sir Robert Hemenhale married Joan de la Pole, Baroness Cobham (of Kent), daughter of Sir John de la Pole and Joan Cobham, before November 1380.¹ He died circa September 1391.^1,2 He was buried at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England^G.¹
     He lived at Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Sir Reginald Braybroke married Joan de la Pole, Baroness Cobham (of Kent), daughter of Sir John de la Pole and Joan Cobham, before 1394.² He died on 20 September 1405 at Middleburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands^G, without surviving male issue.² He was buried at Cobham Church, Cobham, Kent, England^G.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kent in 1404.³

     Joan Braybroke, Baroness Cobham (of Kent) was the daughter of Sir Reginald Braybroke and Joan de la Pole, Baroness Cobham (of Kent).¹ She married Sir Thomas Brooke circa 20 February 1409/10.¹ She died on 25 November 1442.¹
     From 20 February 1409/10, her married name became Brooke. She succeeded as the 5th Baroness Cobham, Kent [E., 1313] on 13 January 1433/34.¹

     Sir Thomas Brooke was born circa 1391.² He married Joan Braybroke, Baroness Cobham (of Kent), daughter of Sir Reginald Braybroke and Joan de la Pole, Baroness Cobham (of Kent), circa 20 February 1409/10.¹ He died circa 1439.¹ He was buried at Thorncombe, Devon, England^G.²
     He was appointed Knight between 1416 and 1421.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Somerset in 1417.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Somerset from 1421 to 1422.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Somerset in 1427.² He lived at Holdich, Thorncombe, Devon, England^G.² He lived at Brooke, Somerset, England^G.¹
