Lady Charlotte Sophia Leveson-Gower was born in 1788.2 She was the daughter of George Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Duke of Sutherland and Elizabeth Sutherland, Countess of Sutherland.3 She married Henry Charles Howard, 13th Duke of Norfolk, son of Bernard Edward Howard, 12th Duke of Norfolk and Lady Elizabeth Belasyse, on 27 December 1814.1 She died on 7 July 1870.1
Her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Lady Charlotte Sophia Leveson-Gower was styled as Duchess of Norfolk on 16 March 1842.
