     Lady Louisa Caroline Cavendish was the daughter of William Cavendish, 7th Duke of Devonshire and Lady Blanche Georgiana Howard.¹ She married Admiral Hon. Francis Egerton, son of Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere and Harriet Catherine Greville, on 26 September 1865.¹ She died on 21 September 1907.¹
     Her married name became Egerton.

     Lady Charlotte Sophia Leveson-Gower was born in 1788.² She was the daughter of George Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Duke of Sutherland and Elizabeth Sutherland, Countess of Sutherland.³ She married Henry Charles Howard, 13th Duke of Norfolk, son of Bernard Edward Howard, 12th Duke of Norfolk and Lady Elizabeth Belasyse, on 27 December 1814.¹ She died on 7 July 1870.¹
     Her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Lady Charlotte Sophia Leveson-Gower was styled as Duchess of Norfolk on 16 March 1842.

     Harriet Catherine Greville was the daughter of Captain Charles Greville and Lady Charlotte Cavendish-Bentinck.¹ She married Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere, son of George Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Duke of Sutherland and Elizabeth Sutherland, Countess of Sutherland, on 18 June 1822.¹ She died on 17 April 1866.¹
     Her married name became Egerton. After her marriage, Harriet Catherine Greville was styled as Countess of Ellesmere on 6 July 1846.

     Captain Charles Greville was born on 2 November 1762.² He was the son of Fulke Greville and Frances Macartney.^1,2 He married Lady Charlotte Cavendish-Bentinck, daughter of William Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, 3rd Duke of Portland and Lady Dorothy Cavendish, on 31 March 1793.¹ He died on 26 August 1832 at age 69.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Army.²

     Lady Charlotte Cavendish-Bentinck was born circa 1773. She was the daughter of William Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, 3rd Duke of Portland and Lady Dorothy Cavendish.¹ She married Captain Charles Greville, son of Fulke Greville and Frances Macartney, on 31 March 1793.¹ She died on 28 July 1862.¹
     Her married name became Greville.

     George Granville Francis Egerton, 2nd Earl of Ellesmere was born on 15 June 1823.¹ He was the son of Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere and Harriet Catherine Greville.¹ He married Lady Mary Louisa Campbell, daughter of John Frederick Campbell of Cawdor, 1st Earl Cawdor of Castlemartin and Lady Elizabeth Thynne, on 29 April 1846.² He died on 19 September 1862 at age 39.¹
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for North Staffordshire between 1847 and 1851.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Ellesmere, of Ellesmere, co. Salop. [U.K., 1846] on 18 February 1857.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Brackley, of Brackley, co. Northamp [U.K., 1846] on 18 February 1857.¹

     Admiral Hon. Francis Egerton was born on 15 September 1824.² He was the son of Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere and Harriet Catherine Greville.^1,2 He married Lady Louisa Caroline Cavendish, daughter of William Cavendish, 7th Duke of Devonshire and Lady Blanche Georgiana Howard, on 26 September 1865.¹ He died on 15 December 1895 at age 71.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Derbyshire between 1868 and 1886.² He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey.²

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Arthur Frederick Egerton was born on 6 February 1829.² He was the son of Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere and Harriet Catherine Greville.³ He married Helen Smith, daughter of Martin Tucker Smith and Louisa Ridley, on 2 June 1858.² He died on 25 February 1866 at age 37.²

     Helen Smith was born on 4 May 1836.¹ She was the daughter of Martin Tucker Smith and Louisa Ridley.¹ She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Hon. Arthur Frederick Egerton, son of Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere and Harriet Catherine Greville, on 2 June 1858.¹ She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Sir William Julius Gascoigne, son of General Ernest Frederick Gascoigne and Caroline Leigh Smith, on 15 July 1875.¹ She died on 15 June 1928 at age 92.²
     From 2 June 1858, her married name became Egerton. From 15 July 1875, her married name became Gascoigne.

     Hon. Granville Egerton was born in 1834.¹ He was the son of Francis Egerton, 1st Earl of Ellesmere and Harriet Catherine Greville.² He died on 27 January 1851, killed at sea.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.¹
