James Henry Legge Dutton, 3rd Baron Sherborne 
James Henry Legge Dutton, 3rd Baron Sherborne was born on 30 May 1804.2 He was the son of John Dutton, 2nd Baron Sherborne and Hon. Mary Legge.2 He married, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Howard, daughter of Thomas Howard, 16th Earl of Suffolk and Hon. Elizabeth Jane Dutton, on 22 June 1826.3 He married, secondly, Susan Elizabeth Block, daughter of James Block, on 3 September 1857.2 He died on 8 March 1883 at age 78.2
He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Sherborne, of Sherborne, co. Gloucester [G.B., 1784] on 19 October 1862.4
