     Hon. Sheila Beatrice Davison was born on 14 June 1907.¹ She was the daughter of William Henry Davison, 1st Baron Broughshane and Beatrice Mary Roberts.¹ She married G/Capt. George Edward Gordon-Duff, son of Thomas Duff Gordon-Duff, 9th of Drummuir and 11th of Park and Mildred Mabel Walker, on 14 December 1936.¹ She died circa 1995.¹
     From 14 December 1936, her married name became Gordon-Duff.

     G/Capt. George Edward Gordon-Duff was born on 26 August 1895.² He was the son of Thomas Duff Gordon-Duff, 9th of Drummuir and 11th of Park and Mildred Mabel Walker.^1,3 He married, firstly, Rosemary Estelle Craven, daughter of Thomas Craven, on 2 February 1927 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.^4,2 He and Rosemary Estelle Craven were divorced in 1936.² He married, secondly, Hon. Sheila Beatrice Davison, daughter of William Henry Davison, 1st Baron Broughshane and Beatrice Mary Roberts, on 14 December 1936.¹ He died on 10 November 1966 at age 71.¹
     He was educated at Rossall School, Fleetwood, Lancashire, England^G.² He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Cameron Highlanders.⁵ He gained the rank of Captain in 1916 in the Royal Flying Corps.² He gained the rank of Group Captain in 1937 in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War.² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1946.¹ He lived at Hurdle House, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, England.⁶

     John Erskine lived at York, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Albert Henry Stanley, 1st and last Baron Ashfield was born on 8 November 1874.¹ He was the son of Henry Stanley and Elizabeth Twigg.¹ He married Grace Lowrey Woodruff, daughter of Edward Lowrey Woodruff and Marian Bateman, on 5 December 1904 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A.^G.¹ He died on 4 November 1948 at age 73, without male issue.²
     He was general manager of American Electric Railways.¹ He was the general manager of the Metropolitan District Railway and Tube Railways in 1907 at London, England^G.¹ He was managing director of the Underground Group of Companies in 1912.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1914.^1,2 He was Colonel of the Engineer and Railway Staff Corps between 1914 and 1918.¹ He held the office of President of the Board of Trade between 1916 and 1919.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for Ashton-under-Lyne between 1916 and 1920.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) on 13 December 1916.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He was Chairman of the Underground Group of Companies.¹ He was created 1st Baron Ashfield, of Southwell, co. Nottingham [U.K.] on 9 January 1920.¹ He was Chairman of the North Metropolitan Electric Power Supply Company.¹ He was a director of Midland Bank.¹ He was a director of Imperical Chemical Industries Ltd.¹ He was Chairman of the London Passenger Transport Board in 1933.¹
     The Barony of Ashfield beacame extinct on his death.³

     Grace Lowrey Woodruff was the daughter of Edward Lowrey Woodruff and Marian Bateman.¹ She married Albert Henry Stanley, 1st and last Baron Ashfield, son of Henry Stanley and Elizabeth Twigg, on 5 December 1904 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A.^G.¹ She died on 21 June 1962.²
     Her married name became Stanley.

     Pauline Emma Tennant was born on 7 April 1855 at Duddingston, Midlothian, Scotland^G.² She was the daughter of Sir Charles Clow Tennant of The Glen, 1st Bt. and Emma Winsloe.^1,3 She married Thomas Duff Gordon-Duff, 9th of Drummuir and 11th of Park, son of Lachlan Duff Gordon-Duff, 8th of Drummuir and 10th of Park and Jane Ellen Butterfield, on 2 February 1875.¹ She died on 16 November 1888 at age 33.¹
     From 2 February 1875, her married name became Gordon-Duff.¹

     Anna Maria Gräfin zu Solms-Sonnenwalde was born on 24 January 1585.¹ She was the daughter of Otto Graf zu Solms-Sonnenwalde and Anna Amalie von Nassau-Weilburg.^1,2 She married Philipp Ernst Graf zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg, son of Wolfgang zu Hohenlohe, on 15 January 1609 at Sonnewalde, Germany^G.¹ She died on 20 November 1634 at age 49 at Ottweiler, Germany^G.¹ She was buried at St. Arnual^G.¹

     Sir Edward Archibald Hamilton, 4th Bt. was born on 26 January 1843.¹ He was the son of John James Edward Hamilton and Favoretta Corbett.¹ He married Mary Elizabeth Gill, daughter of Joseph Gill, on 28 May 1867.¹ He died on 19 October 1915 at age 72.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hamilton, of Trebinshun House, co. Brecon [G.B., 1776] on 20 March 1851.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Hamilton, of Marlborough House, co. Hants [U.K., 1819] on 20 March 1851.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.¹
