     He gained the rank of Mariscal-de-Campo in the Spanish Royal Army.¹

     Juana-María Franchi-Alfaro y Lemaur was born at La Orotava, Tenerife, Canary Islands^G.¹ She is the daughter of Francisco Franchi-Alfaro y Franchi-Alfaro and Isidora Lemaur y de la Muraire.¹ She married Francisco-Ángel Lemaur y de la Muraire, son of Carlos Lemaur y Burriel and Juana de la Muraire y Colart, on 20 February 1813 at Havana, Cuba^G.¹
     She lived at La Orotava, Tenerife, Canary Islands^G.¹ From 20 February 1813, her married name became Lemaur y de la Muraire.¹

     Carlos Lemaur y Burriel was born at Soisson, France^G.¹ He married Juana de la Muraire y Colart.¹
     He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Spanish Royal Army.¹

     Juana de la Muraire y Colart was born at Barcelona, Spain^G.¹ She married Carlos Lemaur y Burriel.¹

     Isidora Lemaur y de la Muraire is the daughter of Carlos Lemaur y Burriel and Juana de la Muraire y Colart.¹ She married Francisco Franchi-Alfaro y Franchi-Alfaro.¹

     Rosemary Estelle Craven is the daughter of Thomas Craven.² She married G/Capt. George Edward Gordon-Duff, son of Thomas Duff Gordon-Duff, 9th of Drummuir and 11th of Park and Mildred Mabel Walker, on 2 February 1927 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.^1,2 She and G/Capt. George Edward Gordon-Duff were divorced in 1936.²
