     William Alleyne Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Exeter was born on 30 April 1825.¹ He was the son of Brownlow Cecil, 2nd Marquess of Exeter and Isabella Poyntz.¹ He married Lady Georgina Sophia Pakenham, daughter of Thomas Pakenham, 2nd Earl of Longford and Lady Georgiana Emma Charlotte Lygon, on 17 October 1848.¹ He died on 14 July 1895 at age 70.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for South Lincolnshire between 1847 and 1857.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for North Northamptonshire between 1857 and 1867.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He held the office of Treasurer of the Household in 1866.¹ He held the office of Captain of the Gentlemen-at-Arms.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Marquess of Exeter [U.K., 1801] on 16 January 1867.¹ He succeeded as the 13th Baron of Burghley, co. Northampton [E., 1571] on 16 January 1867.¹ He succeeded as the 12th Earl of Exeter [E., 1605] on 16 January 1867.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM Queen Victoria.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 3rd and 4th Battalions, Northamptonshire Regiment.¹

     Lady Georgina Sophia Pakenham was born circa 1828 at Ireland^G.² She was the daughter of Thomas Pakenham, 2nd Earl of Longford and Lady Georgiana Emma Charlotte Lygon.¹ She married William Alleyne Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Exeter, son of Brownlow Cecil, 2nd Marquess of Exeter and Isabella Poyntz, on 17 October 1848.³ She died on 26 March 1909.³
     Her married name became Cecil. After her marriage, Lady Georgina Sophia Pakenham was styled as Marchioness of Exeter on 16 January 1867.

     Robert James Vicars is the son of Robert Vicars.¹ He married Claire Latham Baillieu, daughter of William Lawrence Baillieu and Bertha Martha Latham, on 30 April 1931.¹
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     Lady Georgiana Emma Charlotte Lygon was the daughter of William Lygon, 1st Earl Beauchamp and Catharine Denn.¹ She married Thomas Pakenham, 2nd Earl of Longford, son of Edward Michael Pakenham, 2nd Baron Longford and Catherine Rowley, on 23 January 1817.¹ She died on 12 February 1880.¹
     After her marriage, Lady Georgiana Emma Charlotte Lygon was styled as Countess of Longford on 23 January 1817. From 23 January 1817, her married name became Pakenham.

     Mary Eirene Hodges was born on 22 November 1879.² She was the daughter of Sir Henry Edward Agincourt Hodges.¹ She married Howard Clifton Brown, son of James Clifton Brown and Amelia Rowe, on 14 July 1903.¹ She died on 11 December 1951 at age 72.¹
     Her married name became Brown.

     Sir Henry Edward Agincourt Hodges held the office of Judge of the High Court [Victoria].²

     James Clifton Brown was born on 13 February 1841 at Wetherby, Yorkshire, England^G.² He was the son of Alexander Brown and Sarah Benedict Brown.³ He married Amelia Rowe, daughter of Charles Rowe and Sarah Amelia Pfeiffer, on 21 March 1866.³ He died on 5 January 1917 at age 75.³
     He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Horsham between 1876 and 1880.³ He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 2nd Brigade, Lancashire Division, Royal Artillery.³ He lived at Holmbush, Sussex, England^G.³

     Amelia Rowe was born on 20 April 1845.² She was the daughter of Charles Rowe and Sarah Amelia Pfeiffer.^1,2 She married James Clifton Brown, son of Alexander Brown and Sarah Benedict Brown, on 21 March 1866.¹ She died on 17 December 1922 at age 77.¹
     Her married name became Brown.

     Charles Rowe is the son of Charles Rowe and Mary Gauntlett.² He married Sarah Amelia Pfeiffer in 1841.²
     He lived at Elm House, Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Alexander Brown was born on 17 May 1817 at Beilby Grange, Yorkshire, England^G.² He was the son of Sir William Brown, 1st Bt. and Sarah Gihon.¹ He married Sarah Benedict Brown, daughter of James Brown and Louisa Kirkland Benedict, on 19 December 1838.¹ He died on 8 October 1849 at age 32.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived at Belby Grange, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
