     Frederick Bartholomew Joseph Stapleton-Bretherton was born on 5 February 1873. He was the son of Frederick Annesley Stapleton-Bretherton and Hon. Isabella Mary Petre. He married Bertha Mary Philippa Stourton, daughter of Hon. Albert Joseph Stourton and Elizabeth Laura Caroline Throckmorton, on 29 August 1894.¹ He died on 13 October 1938 at age 65.¹

     Christian Erskine was born on 17 March 1901.¹ She was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Hon. James Francis Erskine and Margaret Beatrix Lambton.² She married Captain Hugh Salvin Bowlby, son of Edward Salvin Bowlby and Elizabeth Vans Agnew, on 26 July 1926.¹ She died in 1985.¹
     Her married name became Bowlby.

     Captain Hugh Salvin Bowlby was born on 18 September 1888.¹ He was the son of Edward Salvin Bowlby and Elizabeth Vans Agnew.¹ He married Christian Erskine, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Hon. James Francis Erskine and Margaret Beatrix Lambton, on 26 July 1926.² He died on 15 June 1977 at age 88.²
     He was educated at H.M.S. Britannia, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.³ He lived in 1965 at Purves Hall, Greenlane, Berwickshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Edward Salvin Bowlby was born on 23 June 1830.² He was the son of Reverend Edward Bowlby and Hannah Hodgson.² He married, firstly, Maria Rimington, daughter of James Rimington and Sarah Ward, on 1 August 1861.² He married, secondly, Elizabeth Vans Agnew, daughter of Robert Vans Agnew of Barnbarroch and Sheuchan and Mary Elizabeth Hunter Blair, on 10 June 1880.¹ He died on 4 November 1902 at age 72.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² He graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-law.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Hertfordshire in 1895.² He lived at Knoydart, Inverness-shire, Scotland^G.² He lived at Gilston Park, Hertfordshire, England^G.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hertfordshire.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Hertfordshire.³

     Admiral Seymour Elphinstone Erskine was born on 23 June 1863.² He was the son of Sir Henry David Erskine and Lady Horatia Elizabeth Seymour.³ He married Florence Laetitia Baker, daughter of Reverend Sir Talbot Hastings Bendall Baker, 3rd Bt. and Amy Susan Marryat, on 20 July 1912.¹ He died on 23 February 1945 at age 81, without issue.¹
     He fought in the Benin Expedition in 1897.³ He fought in the Boxer Rebellion in 1900.³ He was Aide-de-Camp to HM King George V between 1911 and 1913.² He fought in the First World War.³ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1918.² He gained the rank of Admiral in the Royal Navy.³

     Sophie Elizabeth Page was born in 1982.¹ She is the daughter of Michael Charles Page and Hon. Emma Rachel Lubbock.¹

     Natasha Diana Page was born in 1984.¹ She is the daughter of Michael Charles Page and Hon. Emma Rachel Lubbock.¹

     Walter Hugh Erskine was born on 27 April 1870.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry David Erskine and Lady Horatia Elizabeth Seymour.² He married Violet Emily Gregory, daughter of Reverend R. S. Gregory, on 1 June 1929.¹ He died on 15 February 1948 at age 77.¹
     He held the office of Assistant Serjeant-at-Arms of the House of Commons between 1900 and 1929.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.¹ He held the office of Deputy Serjeant-at-Arms of the House of Commons between 1929 and 1940.² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1936.¹

     Violet Emily Gregory is the daughter of Reverend R. S. Gregory.² She married Walter Hugh Erskine, son of Sir Henry David Erskine and Lady Horatia Elizabeth Seymour, on 1 June 1929.¹
     Her married name became Erskine.

     Reverend R. S. Gregory was the Rector at Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹
