     Sir John Parker Mosley, 1st Bt. was born on 22 February 1732 at Manchester Cathedral, Manchester, Lancashire, England.^1,2 He was the son of Nicholas Moseley and Elizabeth Parker.³ He married Elizabeth Bayley, daughter of James Bayley and Anne Peploe, on 7 April 1760.¹ He died on 29 September 1798 at age 66.¹
     He underwent a spiritual conversion.¹ He was a failed hatter at Manchester, Lancashire, England.¹ Circa 1779 he inherited the estates of his cousin, Rev. Sir John Mosley, 3rd Bt.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Mosley [Great Britain] on 8 June 1781.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Lancashire in 1786.¹

     Hon. Caroline Flower was the daughter of Henry Jeffery Flower, 4th Viscount Ashbrook and Deborah Susannah Freind. She married Henry Every, son of Sir Henry Every, 9th Bt. and Penelope Mosley, on 26 March 1829.¹ She died on 17 April 1840.
     Her married name became Every.

     Sir Anthony Cope, 1st Bt. was born in 1549.² He was the son of Edward Cope and Elizabeth Mohun.¹ He married, firstly, Frances Lytton, daughter of Rowland Lytton.³ He married, secondly, Anne Paston, daughter of Sir William Paston and Mary Clere, on 7 April 1606.^4,2 He died circa 20 July 1615.⁵ He was buried on 23 July 1615.⁵
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hanbury between 1571 and 1601.² He held the office of Sheriff of Oxfordshire in 1582.² He was appointed Knight in 1590.² He held the office of Sheriff of Oxfordshire in 1591.² He held the office of Sheriff of Oxfordshire in 1603.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire between 1606 and 1611.² He was created 1st Baronet Cope, of Hanwell, co. Oxford [England] on 29 June 1611.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire in 1614.²

     Laura Agnew was the daughter of Thomas Agnew and Jane Garnet Lockett.¹

     Lady Mary Sheffield was the daughter of Edmund Sheffield, 1st Earl of Mulgrave.¹ She married Ferdinando Fairfax, 2nd Lord Fairfax of Cameron, son of Thomas Fairfax, 1st Lord Fairfax of Cameron and Ellen Aske, in 1607.¹ She died circa June 1619.¹ She was buried on 4 June 1619.¹
     Her married name became Fairfax.

     Edmund Sheffield, 1st Earl of Mulgrave was born on 7 December 1565.² He was the son of John Sheffield, 2nd Baron Sheffield and Hon. Douglas Howard.² He married, firstly, Ursula Tyrwhitt, daughter of Sir Robert Tyrwhitt, before 13 November 1581.² He married, secondly, Mariana Irwin, daughter of Sir William Irwin, on 4 March 1618/19.² He died in October 1646 at age 80, having by his 1st wife had, with at least two other sons (drowned with their eldest brother.²
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Sheffield, of Butterwick, co. Lincoln [E., 1547] on 10 December 1568.² He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.² In 1588 he served in the English fleet against the Spanish Armada.² He was appointed Knight in 1588.² He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1593.² He was Governor of Brill, Low Countries between January 1598 and July 1598, absentee.² He held the office of Lord President of the Councl in the North between 1603 and 1619.² He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Yorkshire between 1603 and 1619.² He held the office of Vice-Admiral of Yorkshire in 1616.² He was created 1st Earl of Mulgrave, co. York [England] on 5 February 1625/26.²

     George William Grice-Hutchinson is the son of Captain George William Grice-Hutchinson and Louisa Elizabeth Mary Grice.¹ He married Edith Louise Eastwick.¹

     Basil William Sholto Mackenzie, 2nd Baron Amulree was born on 25 July 1900 at South Kensington, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of William Warrender Mackenzie, 1st Baron Amulree and Lilian Bradbury.¹ He was baptised at South Kensington, London, England^G.¹ He died on 15 December 1983 at age 83, unmarried.²
     He was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England^G.¹ He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.)¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Amulree, of Strathbraan, co. Perth [U.K., 1929] on 5 May 1942.²
     On his death, the Barony of Amulree became extinct.²

     John Guest was born in 1722 at Broseley, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He died on 25 November 1785.²
     He was a yeoman farmer.¹ Circa 1758 he left Broseley, Shropshire, and set up an iron works at Dowlais, Glamorgan, the largest in Wales until they closed in 1930.³

     Lucius Ferdinand Cary, Master of Falkland was the son of Lucius Charles Cary, 7th Viscount of Falkland and Jane Butler.¹ He married Anna Maria Leith, daughter of Colonel Alexander Leith and Anne (?), in March 1760.¹ He died on 20 August 1780.¹
     He was styled as Master of Falkland between 1730 and 1780.¹ He was Commander-in-Chief of the British forces in Tobago between 1735 and 1752.¹
