He gained the title of 5th Baronet Seton-Steuart.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was Hereditary Armour Bearer and Squire of the Royal Body of Scotland.1 On his death, his baroentcy became extinct.1
