Sir Francis Head, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1670.1 He was the son of Francis Head and Sarah Ent.1 He married Margaret Smithsby, daughter of James Smithsby, on 5 May 1692.1 He died in August 1716.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Head, of the Hermitage, co. Kent [E., 1676] on 18 September 1689.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to Middle Temple.1
