Hyacinth Richard Nugent1 
In 1694 he was outlawed for high treason.2 He gained the rank of Cornet in the Lord Peterborough’s Dragoons, in Spain.2 He styled himself as 2nd Baron Nugent of Riverston in 1715.1 In February 1736/37 he recovered his estate by Act of Parliament 1728.2
