     Robert Watson of Muirhouse married Henrietta Baillie, daughter of William Baillie of Lamington.¹

     Margaret Erskine was the daughter of Colonel William Erskine and Henrietta Baillie.¹ She married Archibald Stirling of Keir, son of James Stirling, 10th of Keir and 7th of Cadder and Marion Stewart.¹
     Her married name became Stirling.¹

     Archibald Stirling of Keir was the son of James Stirling, 10th of Keir and 7th of Cadder and Marion Stewart. He married Margaret Erskine, daughter of Colonel William Erskine and Henrietta Baillie.¹ He married Anne Hay, daughter of Alexander Hay of Drumelzier and Anne Stewart, on 7 October 1762.² He died in 1783, without issue.²

     George Drummond, 3rd of Blair Drummond was born on 27 June 1705.² He was the son of James Drummond, 2nd of Blair Drummond and Jean Carre.² He married, firstly, Jane Gray on 7 June 1738 at Liddington, Bedfordshire, England.² He married, secondly, Frances Moray, daughter of James Moray, 13th of Abercairny and Lady Christian Montgomerie, on 1 January 1764 at Fowlis Wester, Perthshire, Scotland.^1,3 He died on 17 March 1765 at age 59.^1,2

     Christian Dundas was the daughter of Sir William Dundas of Kincavel and Margaret Edmonston.^1,2 She married James Stuart, 1st Earl of Bute, son of Sir Dugald Stuart of Ardmaleish, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Ruthven, after 1696.¹ She died circa May 1740.¹ She was buried on 30 May 1740 at Carmelite Monastery, Queensferry, Scotland^G.¹
     From after 1696, her married name became Stuart.¹ After her marriage, Christian Dundas was styled as Countess of Bute on 14 April 1703.

     Brigadier Alan Henry Campbell Swinton, 6th of Kimmerghame was born on 15 March 1896.² He was the son of Captain George Sitwell Campbell Swinton and Elizabeth Ebsworth.² He married, firstly, Mariora Beatrice Evelyn Rochfort Alers-Hankey, daughter of Colonel Cecil George Herbert Alers-Hankey and Gertrude Clare Fetherstonhaugh, on 2 October 1923.^1,2 He married, secondly, Jessie Elizabeth Amanda Baker, daughter of Edward Charles Baker, in 1945 at Kimmerghame, Berwickshire, Scotland.² He and Mariora Beatrice Evelyn Rochfort Alers-Hankey were divorced in 1944.² He died on 21 April 1972 at age 76.²
     He was educated at University College School, Hampstead, London, England.² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches and was severely wounded.² He gained the rank of officer in the Scots Guards.² He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1915.² He was commander of the 1st Battalion, Scots Guards between 1933 and 1937.² He purchased Kimmerghame in 1938 from Margaret Anne Cecil Campbell Swinton, 5th of Kimmerghame.² He fought in the Second World War.² He held the office of Sheriff Substitute for Berwickshire in 1954.² He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries, Scotland (F.S.A.Scot.)² He was admitted to Royal Company of Archers.²

     John Hilliard Lawlor married Catherine Cairnes.

     John Erskine was the son of Major Archibald Erskine and Margaret Barclay-Maitland.¹ He died on 14 February 1861.¹
