She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kesteven.3 From 6 December 1905, her married name became Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby. After her marriage, Eloise Lawrence Breese was styled as Baroness Willoughby de Eresby on 6 December 1905. After her marriage, Eloise Lawrence Breese was styled as Countess of Ancaster on 24 December 1910. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.3

Gilbert James Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 3rd Earl of Ancaster1 
Gilbert James Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 3rd Earl of Ancaster was born on 8 December 1907.1 He was the son of Gilbert Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 2nd Earl of Ancaster and Eloise Lawrence Breese.1 He married Hon. Nancy Phyllis Louise Astor, daughter of Waldorf Astor, 2nd Viscount Astor and Nancy Witcher Langhorne, on 27 July 1933.1 He died on 29 March 1983 at age 75.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Rutland and Stamford between 1933 and 1950.3 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1934 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire in 1937.4 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches and was wounded.3 He gained the rank of Major in the Leicestershire Yeomanry (TA.)3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lincolnshire between 1947 and 1950.3 He held the office of Lord Great Chamberlain in 1950.3 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire between 1950 and 1975.3 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Heathcote, of the City of London [G.B., 1733] on 19 September 1951.4 He succeeded as the 27th Lord Willoughby de Eresby [E., 1313] on 19 September 1951.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Ancaster [U.K., 1892] on 19 September 1951.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Aveland, of Aveland, co. Lincoln [U.K., 1856] on 19 September 1951.4
On his death, the Earldom of Ancaster and the Barony of Aveland became extinct.1
