She married Alexander Friedrich Carl Herzog von Württemberg, son of Friedrich II Eugen Heinrich Herzog von Württemberg and Friederike Dorothea Prinzessin von Brandenburg-Schwedt, on 17 November 1798 at Coburg, Bayern, GermanyG.3 She died on 14 March 1824 at age 44 at St. Petersburg, RussiaG.3
She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld.4
