     Robert Pitt was the son of Thomas Pitt and Jane Innes.² He married Harriet Villiers, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Hon. Edward FitzGerald and Katherine FitzGerald.³ He died on 20 May 1727.¹
     He lived in 1726 at Boconnoc, Cornwall, England^G.¹

     Eliza Gerard was the daughter of John Gerard and Elizabeth Ferrers.² She married Henry Raymond Arundell, son of Thomas Raymond Arundell and Elizabeth Mary Anne Smythe, on 20 April 1830.³ She died on 5 June 1872.³
     From 20 April 1830, her married name became Arundell.³

     Colonel William Villiers was the son of George Villiers, 4th Viscount Grandison of Limerick and Lady Mary Leigh.¹ He married Katherine Villiers, daughter of Sir Edward Villiers and Lady Frances Howard, in 1702.¹ He died on 7 September 1723.¹

     Katherine Villiers was the daughter of Sir Edward Villiers and Lady Frances Howard.¹ She married, firstly, Louis James le Vasseur, Marquis de Puissar on 20 July 1685.¹ She married, secondly, Colonel William Villiers, son of George Villiers, 4th Viscount Grandison of Limerick and Lady Mary Leigh, in 1702.¹
     From 20 July 1685, her married name became le Vasseur. From 1702, her married name became Villiers.

     Louis James le Vasseur, Marquis de Puissar married Katherine Villiers, daughter of Sir Edward Villiers and Lady Frances Howard, on 20 July 1685.¹ He died in 1701.
     He gained the title of Marquis de Puissar.¹

     John Gerard was the son of Sir Robert Cansfield Gerard, 9th Bt. and Catherine Anderton.^1,2 He married Elizabeth Ferrers, daughter of Edward Ferrers, on 22 February 1803.¹ He died on 22 May 1822.¹
     He lived at Windle Hall, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Robert Tolver Gerard, 1st Baron Gerard of Bryn was born on 12 May 1808.² He was the son of John Gerard and Elizabeth Ferrers.^1,3 He married Harriet Clifton, daughter of Edward Clifton, on 14 February 1849.² He died on 15 March 1887 at age 78.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Lancashire Hussars Yeomanry Cavalry.² He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Gerard, of Bryn, co. Palatine of Lancaster [E., 1611] on 21 February 1854.² He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM Queen Victoria.² He was created 1st Baron Gerard of Bryn, co. Palatine of Lancaster [U.K.] on 18 January 1876.²

     Lady Frances Howard was the daughter of Theophilus Howard, 2nd Earl of Suffolk and Lady Elizabeth Home.^1,2 She married Sir Edward Villiers, son of Sir Edward Villiers and Barbara St. John.¹ She died circa November 1677.³ She was buried on 27 November 1677 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England^G.³
     Her married name became Villiers.

     Colonel Henry Villiers was the son of Sir Edward Villiers and Lady Frances Howard.¹ He died on 18 August 1707.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel of Foot.¹ He held the office of Governor of Tynemouth Castle in 1702.¹

     Barbara Villiers was born in 1653.² She was the daughter of Sir Edward Villiers and Lady Frances Howard.^3,1 She married John Berkeley, 4th Viscount Fitzhardinge of Berehaven, son of Charles Berkeley, 2nd Viscount Fitzhardinge of Berehaven and Penelope Godolphin. She died on 19 September 1708.³
     Her married name became Berkeley.
