Sir John St. John, 1st Bt.1 
He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 3 April 1601.3 He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1604.3 He was appointed Knight on 2 February 1608/9 at Whitehall, London, EnglandG.3 He was created 1st Baronet St. John, of Lidiard Tregoze, co. Wilts [England] on 22 May 1611.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wiltshire from 1624 to 1625.3 On 30 December 1630 he succeeded to the estates of Battersea and Wandsworth, Surrey.3 He held the office of Sheriff of Wiltshire from 1632 to 1633.3 He lived at Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire, EnglandG.3

Thomas Wyndham, 1st and last Baron Wyndham of Finglass was born in 1681.2 He was the son of Colonel John Wyndham and Alice Fownes.1,3 He died in 1745.2
He gained the title of 1st Baron Wyndham of Finglass, co. Dublin.4 He held the office of Lord Chancellor [Ireland] between 1726 and 1739.3
