Richard Southwell George Stapleton-Cotton was born on 9 October 1849 at Peel Fold, Lancashire, England^G.² He was the son of Colonel Wellington Henry Stapleton-Cotton, 2nd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore and Susan Alice Sitwell.¹ He married Hon. Jane Charlotte Methuen, daughter of Frederick Henry Paul Methuen, 2nd Baron Methuen of Corsham and Anna Horatia Caroline Sanford, on 18 October 1870.¹ He died on 24 November 1925 at age 76 at Plas Llwnon, Llanfair Pg, Anglesey, Wales^G.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Scots Guards.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the 3rd Battalion, Wiltshire Regiment.¹ He was Inspector-General Police for British Guiana between 1889 and 1891.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Anglesey.¹

     Lt.-Col. Percy Archer Clive was born on 13 March 1873.² He was the son of Charles Meysey Bolton Clive and Lady Katherine Elizabeth Mary Julia Feilding.² He married Alice Muriel Dallas, daughter of Colonel George Dallas, on 25 January 1905.² He died on 5 April 1918 at age 45, killed in action.²

     He was an assistant master between 1947 and 1984 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Arthur George Ernest Stewart Cox is the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Stewart Cox.¹ He married Mary Pamela Lyttelton, daughter of Hon. George William Lyttelton and Pamela Marie Adeane, on 3 October 1953.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Edmund Arthur Vesey Stanley was born on 30 August 1879.¹ He was the son of Edward James Stanley and Hon. Mary Dorothy Labouchere.¹ He married, firstly, Sybil Agnes Dodgson, daughter of Major Heathfield Butler Dodgson, on 11 June 1919 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,2 He and Sybil Agnes Dodgson were divorced in 1932.¹ He married, secondly, Marjorie Beatrice Booth, daughter of Alexander Reid Booth, on 30 January 1936.³ He died on 11 June 1941 at age 61.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 21st Lancers.¹ He was Master of Somerset Staghounds.¹ He was Master of the Foxhounds, Pytchley.¹ He was Master of Quantock Staghounds, Devon.¹

     Evelyn Mary Stanley was the daughter of Edward James Stanley and Hon. Mary Dorothy Labouchere.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Harry William Ludovic Heathcoat-Amory, son of Sir John Heathcoat-Amory, 1st Bt. and Henrietta Mary Unwin, on 1 November 1898.¹ She died on 16 November 1929.¹
     Her married name became Heathcoat-Amory.

     Sybil Agnes Dodgson was the daughter of Major Heathfield Butler Dodgson.¹ She married, firstly, Edmund Arthur Vesey Stanley, son of Edward James Stanley and Hon. Mary Dorothy Labouchere, on 11 June 1919 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,2 She and Edmund Arthur Vesey Stanley were divorced in 1932.¹ She married, secondly, Hon. Lionel Samuel Montagu, son of Samuel Montagu, 1st Baron Swaythling and Ellen Cohen, on 4 October 1944.³ She died in 1972.¹
     Her married name became Stanley. From 4 October 1944, her married name became Montagu.³

     Peter Vivian Stanley was born on 3 January 1921.¹ He is the son of Edmund Arthur Vesey Stanley and Sybil Agnes Dodgson.¹ He married Kay Wybrow, daughter of R. S. Wybrow, on 30 August 1960.¹ He and Kay Wybrow were divorced in 1974.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Lt. Michael Edward Stanley was born on 21 July 1923.¹ He was the son of Edmund Arthur Vesey Stanley and Sybil Agnes Dodgson.¹ He died on 29 August 1951 at age 28, killed in a flying accident.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹

     David Norman Sidney Stanley was born on 20 July 1926.¹ He was the son of Edmund Arthur Vesey Stanley and Sybil Agnes Dodgson.¹
