Jeanette Marcia Marshall was born on 14 August 1908 at Yarmouth, Norfolk, England.1 She was the daughter of Granville George Marshall and Ivy Florence Ashby.3,1 She married, firstly, Ewart Vivian Miller in 1926 at Kensington, London, England.1 She and Ewart Vivian Miller were divorced in 1933.1 She married, secondly, S/Ldr. George Ronald Meldrum Knox, son of Lt.-Col. James Meldrum Knox and Dorothy Marian Iles, in 1935.1 She married, thirdly, Stuart Albert Samuel Montagu, 3rd Baron Swaythling, son of Louis Samuel-Montagu, 2nd Baron Swaythling and Gladys Helen Rachel Goldsmid, on 13 August 1945.1 She died on 13 December 1993 at age 85 at Chichester, Sussex, England.1
From 1926, her married name became Miller.1 From 1935, her married name became Knox.1 She gained the rank of Chief Controller and Director between 1942 and 1943 in the Auxiliary Territorial Service.1 She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1943.1 After her marriage, Jeanette Marcia Marshall was styled as Baroness Swaythling on 13 August 1945. Her married name became Montagu.

Mary Violet Levy was the daughter of Major Walter Henry Levy and Hon. Nellie Samuel.2 She married, firstly, Stuart Albert Samuel Montagu, 3rd Baron Swaythling, son of Louis Samuel-Montagu, 2nd Baron Swaythling and Gladys Helen Rachel Goldsmid, on 21 April 1925.3 She and Stuart Albert Samuel Montagu, 3rd Baron Swaythling were divorced in 1942.3 She married, secondly, Henry Elliott-Blake in 1945.3 She died in 1996.2
Her married name became Montagu. After her marriage, Mary Violet Levy was styled as Baroness Swaythling on 11 June 1927. From 1945, her married name became Elliott-Blake.
