Peregrine Nicholas Eliot, 10th Earl of Saint Germans was born on 2 January 1941.1 He was the son of Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of Saint Germans and Helen Mary Villiers.3 He married, firstly, Hon. Jacquetta Jean Frederica Lampson, daughter of Miles Wedderburn Lampson, 1st Baron Killearn and Jacqueline Aldine Leslie Castellani, on 9 October 1964.3 He and Hon. Jacquetta Jean Frederica Lampson were divorced in 1990.3 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Mary Dorothy Williams, daughter of Basil James Williams, on 20 April 1991.1 He and Elizabeth Mary Dorothy Williams were divorced in 1996.1 He married, thirdly, Catherine Elizabeth Wilson, daughter of Dr. George Morrison Wilson and Patricia Mary Newhouse, on 3 September 2005 at Port Eliot, St. Germans, Cornwall, EnglandG.4 He died on 15 July 2016 at age 75.5
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Saint Germans, co. Cornwall [U.K., 1815] on 11 March 1988.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Eliot of Saint Germans, co. Cornwall [G.B., 1784] on 11 March 1988.1 He lived in 2003 at Port Eliot, St. Germans, Cornwall, England.1
