Peter Robert Willoughby, son of Gilbert Henry Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 1st Earl of Ancaster and Lady Evelyn Elizabeth Gordon, on 4 June 1913.1 She married, secondly, Captain William Duncan Phipps, son of William Wilton Phipps, on 31 July 1917.1
     From 4 June 1913, her married name became Willoughby. Her married name became Phipps.

     Captain William Duncan Phipps was the son of William Wilton Phipps.1 He married Pamela May Ross, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Sir Walter Charteris Ross of Cromarty and Gertrude May Gathorne, on 31 July 1917.2 He died on 2 June 1967.2
     He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.)2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.2
