     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.² He was created 1st Baronet Price, of Trengwainton, Cornwall [U.K.] on 30 May 1815.² They had four other daughters who died unmarried.²

     He was educated at Cranleigh School, Cranleigh, Surrey, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain between 1950 and 1952 in the 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment.¹ He was the managing director of Long John Australia between 1968 and 1987.¹ He lived at 42 Torrens Street, Linden Park, South Australia, Australia.¹

     Lyndsay June Messner is the daughter of Cedric Lyndsay Messner.² She married Michael Henry Charles Price, son of F/O Leslie Frederick Talbot Price and Hon. Diana Frederica Gifford, on 10 March 1962.¹
     From 10 March 1962, her married name became Price.¹
