Colonel Sir Simon Macdonald Lockhart, 23rd of the Lee and 10th of Carnwath, 5th Bt.1 
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Macdonald Lockhart [U.K., 1806] on 20 May 1870.2 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.)1 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.2
