     Robert Hamilton of Airdrie was the son of Gavin Hamilton, 5th of Airdrie and Jane Montgomery.² He married Elizabeth Cochrane, daughter of William Cochrane of Rochsoles, before 1681.¹
     He did not use his title.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Hamilton, of Preston, co. Haddington [N.S., 1673] in 1701, de jure.¹

     Florence Fletcher married Gerald Robarts, son of Abraham John Robarts and Hon. Edith Barrington, on 18 July 1905.
     Her married name became Robarts.

     Peter Robarts is the son of Gerald Robarts and Florence Fletcher.

     Samuel Crompton was the son of Samuel Crompton.¹ He married Sarah Fox, daughter of Samuel Fox.¹ He died in 1810.¹

     Anthony Vere Cyprian Robarts was born on 13 September 1910. He is the son of Gerald Robarts and Florence Fletcher. He married Grizel Mary Grant, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Philip Gordon Grant and Annette Emily Mary Coventry.¹

     Pamela Richenda Cubitt Montgomery-Cuninghame was born on 10 March 1910.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Thomas Andrew Alexander Montgomery-Cuninghame of Corsehill, 10th Bt. and Alice Frances Denison Des Voeux.² She married, firstly, Thomas Abdy Combe, son of John Abdy Combe and Mary Edith Robarts, on 20 June 1932.¹ She and Thomas Abdy Combe were divorced in 1941.¹ She married, secondly, Desmond FitzGerald Underwood, son of Charles Frederick Weston Underwood, on 20 June 1942.¹
     From 20 June 1932, her married name became Combe. From 20 June 1942, her married name became Underwood.¹

     John Abdy Combe was born on 17 December 1863.² He was the son of Richard Henry Combe and Esther Fanny Hollway.^2,3 He married Mary Edith Robarts, daughter of Abraham John Robarts and Hon. Edith Barrington, in 1893. He died on 14 February 1929 at age 65.²
     He lived at 6 South Eaton Place, London, England.⁴

     Mary Edith Robarts was born on 17 June 1870. She was the daughter of Abraham John Robarts and Hon. Edith Barrington. She married John Abdy Combe, son of Richard Henry Combe and Esther Fanny Hollway, in 1893.
     Her married name became Combe.

     Maria Laura Wilson is the daughter of Lt.-Col. George Wilson and Sarah Wilson.

     David John Robarts was born on 26 March 1906. He was the son of Gerald Robarts and Florence Fletcher. He married Pauline Mary Follett, daughter of Lt.-Col. Francis Bere Follett and Mary Constance Williams, on 6 June 1951.¹ He died in August 1989 at age 83.²
