     Esther Fanny Hollway was born before 26 September 1835 at Hundleby, Lincolnshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of John Hardwick Hollway and Barbara Kilgour.¹ She married Richard Henry Combe, son of Charles James Fox Combe, in 1857 at Hundleby, Lincolnshire, England.¹ She died on 3 October 1908 at Hambledon, Surrey, England.¹
     From 1857, her married name became Combe.¹
