     Helen Grant was born on 8 May 1760 at Glenmoriston, Inverness-shire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of Patrick Grant, 8th of Glenmoriston and Henrietta Grant.1 She married Ewen Cameron, 13th of Glen Nevis, son of Alexander Cameron, 12th of Glen Nevis and Mary Cameron, on 22 September 1778.1 She died on 1 August 1828 at age 68 at Kinlochleven, Argyllshire, Scotland.1
     From 22 September 1778, her married name became Cameron.1
