Angela Courage 
Angela Courage was born in 1902 at Bedale, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2,3 She was the daughter of Edward Hubert Courage and Beatrice Mary Awdry.3 She married, firstly, Commander David Cecil Lycett Green, son of Sir Edward Lycett Green, 2nd Bt. and Ethel Mary Wilson, on 8 September 1923.4 She and Commander David Cecil Lycett Green were divorced in 1944.4 She married, secondly, Ralph William Ernest Beckett, 3rd Baron Grimthorpe, son of Ernest William Beckett, 2nd Baron Grimthorpe and Lucy Lee, on 25 March 1945.5 She died in 1992.3
From 8 September 1923, her married name became Lycett Green. After her marriage, Angela Courage was styled as Baroness Grimthorpe on 25 March 1945. From 25 March 1945, her married name became Beckett.3
