     William Robert Phelips was born in 1846.² He married Cicely Grace Augusta Fane, daughter of Reverend Frederic Fane and Elizabeth Cockburn, on 2 December 1875.¹ He married Constance Louisa Ponsonby, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Spencer Cecil Ponsonby-Fane and Hon. Louisa Anne Rose Lee Dillon, on 1 January 1881.³ He died on 23 November 1919.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)⁴ He lived at Montacute, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Florence Marianna Fane was born in 1854 at Fulbeck, Lincolnshire, England.² She was the daughter of Reverend Frederic Fane and Elizabeth Cockburn.³ She married Wynne Albert Bankes, son of Rt. Hon. George Bankes and Georgina Charlotte Nugent, on 10 September 1873.¹ She died on 25 February 1947.¹
     From 10 September 1873, her married name became Bankes.

     Wynne Albert Bankes was born on 31 May 1840 at Ringwood, London, England.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. George Bankes and Georgina Charlotte Nugent.² He was baptised on 23 June 1840 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.² He married Florence Marianna Fane, daughter of Reverend Frederic Fane and Elizabeth Cockburn, on 10 September 1873.¹ He died on 16 April 1913 at age 72.¹
     He lived at Wolfeton, Dorset, England^G.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dorset.²

     Eveline Harriet Hamlyn-Fane was born on 20 April 1854 at Fulbeck, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel Henry Edward Hamlyn-Fane and Susan Hester Hamlyn-Williams.¹ She died on 20 December 1909 at age 55, unmarried.¹ She was buried on 23 December 1909 at Clovelly, Devon, England^G.¹
     In 1884 she succeeded to the Avon Tyrell estate.¹

     William Henry Smith was born on 31 December 1886 at Algeciras, Spain.¹ He was the son of William James Smith.¹ He married Mary Claire Darley, daughter of Alfred Edward Darley and Elizabeth Maria Kennedy, in September 1918 at Rathdown, County Dublin, Ireland.¹

     Edward Walter Vere Hamlyn-Fane was born on 19 November 1864 at Avon Tyrrell, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Colonel Henry Edward Hamlyn-Fane and Susan Hester Hamlyn-Williams.¹ He died on 7 July 1871 at age 6 at Christchurch, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Charles Fairey married Caroline Eldred Hughes, daughter of Keon Hughes, before 1985.¹

     Lady Daisy Caroline Fane was born on 18 January 1989.¹ She is the daughter of Anthony David Francis Henry Fane, 16th Earl of Westmorland and Caroline Eldred Hughes.¹

     Henry a Vane is the son of John Fane and Elizabeth (?)² He married Isabel Persall.¹
     He lived at Tonbridge, Kent, England^G.¹ He was living in 1426.¹ His last will was dated 26 January 1456/57.¹
