     Major Alastair Hugh Joseph Fraser was born on 26 September 1919.² He was the son of Major Hon. Alastair Thomas Joseph Fraser and Lady Sibyl Grimston.² He married Philippa Margaret Guise, daughter of Sir Anselm William Edward Guise, 6th Bt. and Nina Margaret Sophie Grant, on 1 July 1950.³ He died in 1986.³

     Sir Anselm William Edward Guise, 6th Bt. was born on 18 September 1888.¹ He was the son of Sir William Francis George Guise, 5th Bt. and Ada Caroline Coope.¹ He married Nina Margaret Sophie Grant, daughter of Sir James Augustus Grant, 1st and last Bt., on 23 January 1924.¹ He died on 12 September 1970 at age 81.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Gloucestershire Yeomanry.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Guise, of Elmore Court, Gloucester [G.B., 1783] on 17 January 1920. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire in 1922.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Gloucestershire in 1926.¹

     Alastair James Fraser was born on 10 July 1951.¹ He is the son of Major Alastair Hugh Joseph Fraser and Philippa Margaret Guise.¹ He married, secondly, Jean Merran Findlay, daughter of Peter James Findlay and Lesley Scott Moncrieff.² He married, firstly, Elisabeth von Wartburg in 1981.¹ He and Elisabeth von Wartburg were divorced.²
