He married, secondly, Jacqueline Christine Swinnerton Dyer, daughter of Sir John Swinnerton Dyer, 12th Bt. and Maude Turner, on 7 May 1949.⁴ He died in 1989.⁴

     Lady Alice Nan Christiane Finch-Hatton was born on 2 May 1970.¹ She is the daughter of Christopher Denys Stormont Finch-Hatton, 16th Earl of Winchilsea and Shirley Hatfield.¹

     Sally Hambro is the daughter of Sir Charles Jocelyn Hambro and Dorothy Helen Mackay. She married, firstly, Peter Snow before 1993.¹ She married, secondly, Anthony David Brand, 6th Viscount Hampden of Glynde, son of Lt.-Col. David Francis Brand, 5th Viscount Hampden of Glynde and Hon. Imogen Alice Rhys, on 21 October 1993.²
     From before 1993, her married name became Snow. From 21 October 1993, her married name became Brand. After her marriage, Sally Hambro was styled as Viscountess Hampden of Glynde on 21 October 1993.

     Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 10th Earl of Shaftesbury was born on 22 May 1938.² He was the son of Major Anthony Ashley-Cooper, Lord Ashley and Françoise Soulier.³ He married, firstly, Bianca Maria de Paolis, daughter of Gino de Paolis, on 21 July 1966.² He and Bianca Maria de Paolis were divorced in 1976.² He married, secondly, Christina Eva Montan, daughter of Nils Montan, on 15 December 1976.² He married, thirdly, Jamila Ben M’Barek on 5 November 2002.⁴ He died in November 2004 at age 66 at Cannes, France^G, probably beaten to death by his third wife’s brother.⁵

     In December 1962 she was granted the rank of an earl’s daughter.¹ She lived in 2003 at La Combe, Tavel, Gard, France.¹

     Bianca Maria de Paolis is the daughter of Gino de Paolis.¹ She married, firstly, Jack Le Vien before 1966.¹ She married, secondly, Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 10th Earl of Shaftesbury, son of Major Anthony Ashley-Cooper, Lord Ashley and Françoise Soulier, on 21 July 1966.² She and Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 10th Earl of Shaftesbury were divorced in 1976.²
     From before 1966, her married name became Le Vien.¹ From 21 July 1966, her married name became Ashley-Cooper. After her marriage, Bianca Maria de Paolis was styled as Countess of Shaftesbury on 21 July 1966.

     Charles Whitworth, 1st Earl of Whitworth was born on 29 May 1752.³ He was the son of Sir Charles Whitworth and Martha Shelley.¹ He married Arabella Diana Cope, daughter of Sir Charles Cope, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Bishopp, on 7 April 1801.³ He died in 1825.²

     After her marriage, Christina Eva Montan was styled as Countess of Shaftesbury on 15 December 1976. From 15 December 1976, her married name became Ashley-Cooper.

     Philip Cade married Catharine Whitworth, daughter of Sir Charles Whitworth and Martha Shelley, on 17 February 1761.¹ He and Catharine Whitworth were divorced on 5 December 1772 with her association with Lord Aylmer used as grounds for the divorce.¹
